4. Make sure the each day you’re taking a colon cleaning fiber-rich shake, this can be a Psyllium Husk & Bentonite Clay shake or Oxypowder as well. Some folks like to also put in anti-fungals as well into their various fiber shakes –and this is something I highly recommend as this is in fact a fantastic idea as it can only help and strengthen what you doing. This is what you can do: when you have finished making your anti-fingal/fiber-rich shake, be sure to add in a teaspoon or so of liquid, Oregano Oil, caprylic acid, or even grapefruit seed extract.
