One of the best green smoothie cleanse tips I could possibly give is to make sure that you use high quality greens in your green smoothie like kale or rainbow chard, and especially spinach. These greens are some of the most nutritionally beneficial you can have but always change things up to keep the type of nutrition that you get fresh.</p>
<p>One of the other really important green smoothie cleanse tips I can give is the fact that you need to have a high quality and high powered blender. This is because not only will these blenders last much longer but they also will blend your various ingredients into a much more pleasurable and beneficial consistency. If this consistency that allows for the smoothies to be not only very tasty but nutritionally beneficial because of how fine the fibers are broken down and allowed to release their nutrients. The two blenders’s that I tend to recommend the most are either the total blender by blendtec or the vita-mix blender. These two models are generally considered the best of the bunch; I personally tend to favor the total blender myself.</p>

I would say that the most common reason beyond the cost of a total cleanse product or the cost of produce and appliances would be simply the fact that it&#8217;s just too time-consuming. Bowel cleansing is difficult enough without having to take all day and this is why I advise creating fruit smoothies with added greens so that you can get all of your fiber and nutrients but also get it done within a very quick amount of time and with relative ease. My favorite kind of fruit smoothie is a bowel cleansing green smoothie, these types of smoothies are great because not only do you get all the fiber and nutrients from the fruit but you get the added benefits of the greens that you add on top of it to make it a supercharged colon cleansing smoothie.</p>
<p>A bowel cleansing green smoothie can be made with really any type of produce that you want but I generally advise using certain families of produce. Having said this though, I always advise switching it up every week and using different types of produce so that you can get all the different nutrients available to you instead of sticking with just a few types of fruits and greens, not only will this help with optimal nutrition intake but also keep the different flavors and tastes fresh as well. This is important because your body was made to have different kinds of foods ingested so that you could benefit from all the different micronutrients that are specific to each type of produce. This is important because using a wide variety of different produce allows for a synergistic effect and increases the overall potency of the bowel cleansing green smoothie and gives you a better bang for the buck nutritionally speaking.</p>
<p>Generally the types of produce that I advise using nearly with every smoothie are anything from the berry family because of how nutritionally dense they are and also because of how low-calorie they are as well. Some of the berries that I use are wild blueberries, aronia berries, strawberries, elderberries, and black raspberries to name a few. Always go with the most dark and richly colored produce as they often are the most nutritionally dense. Some of the greens that I recommend picking include spinach, kale, chard, and wheat grass. This should be done regardless of any kind of total cleanse routine you might be doing whether it&#8217;s through green smoothie kidney cleanse works through a juicing kidney cleanse. You don&#8217;t want to rely on the green smoothies or juices alone because while they do contain water your kidneys need to have pure water as well. Having said all that, the green smoothie kidney cleanse can be a great way of not only detoxing your kidneys but your whole body as well.</p>
<p>When you&#8217;re doing a green smoothie kidney cleanse you have to be a little bit more selective about the types of produce that you choose to put in your green smoothie. I say this because as I mentioned before having high water content is important to making sure the kidneys are able to stay hydrated and also remove excess waste from your body so naturally using produce that has high water content would be ideal for this type of kidney cleanse. I have to stress that I only advise using organic produce especially when it&#8217;s being used for this type of reason and not just for snacking and enjoyment. He wants to make sure that not only is your produce organic regardless of whether it is frozen or local but you also want to make sure that you wash it far away with a high quality veggie wash. <p>The amounts of produce that you use and sometimes even the types are really up to you this is just a general guideline of what I consider to be the best produce for cleansing your kidneys. If you are able instead of using water I advise you their juicing cucumbers or celery, or even both if you&#8217;re able and using that as your water base for blending as these are both very good for the kidneys. Although really any produce is ok, I advise using lots of melon like watermelon along with grapes, cranberries, and wild blueberries. These are all nutritionally dense and have plenty of water, I do know over recommend that you stay away from citrus produce due to the high acidity. As for the greens that you want to add I advise using spirulina, spinach, barley, parsley, and wheat grass. You can also add some ginger and nettles as well if you like. Stir consuming these everyday on a regular basis for release 3 to 7 days and you&#8217;ll start to feel a difference, but if you really want to be effective I recommend doing one or two of these continually for month or two every few days after you do it for the first week.</p>

Fruits in general naturally act as a cleanser and detoxifying agent, these types of smoothies are great to have any time and give you a much-needed boost of fiber, vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and enzymes that will really allow your body to stay in peak shape and also keep your colon and digestive system moving in a healthy manner.</p>
<p>Another type of colon cleansing smoothie is the one I mentioned earlier, these are recent trend and have lovingly become known as “green smoothies”. As I said before what makes these green is that they are essentially fruit smoothies with additional greens added to them. While plenty of people enjoy drinking a sweet and satisfying fruit smoothie many would not like the idea of drinking leafy greens just as much as they generally don&#8217;t like eating them whole. The benefit of blending them within a fruit smoothie however is that all the fruit sugars mask the taste of the greens and so you end up getting all the benefits of greens like kale, spinach, chard and other types of greens without having to feel like you are a rabbit chewing on salad. You also get the added benefit of increased nutrition over a regular smoothie plus you get a large amount of additional fiber which is key to keeping your colon cleansed.</p>

However, for the general masses juicing, and cleansing and all these kinds of practices are simply not practical for the modern person let alone a typical modern family trying to live healthier. There is however a saving grace and it can be found in what is affectionately come to be known as the “Green Smoothie”. A bowel cleanse with green smoothies can be a really easy, economical, daily, and especially tasty means of doing natural bowel cleanse instead of something pre packaged. It’s not the easiest thing to do in the world, but most find this method they use the most simply because of the aforementioned reasons, so be sure to give it a chance.</p>
<p>I always recommend doing an organic bowel cleanse instead of using any old vegetables or fruit. The reason for this is that even if the regularly grown produce is nutritionally identical, the organic produce is much less likely to have been exposed to the same level of pesticides, chemicals, and toxins. Generally cleansing is done by taking a natural laxative and flushing a large portion of the waste stuck in you colon out of your system which then allows for not only better digestion but also the absorption of nutrients you would receive through diet and cleansing agents as well. This delivery system is usually through juice, and it can either be through the process of selecting fresh fruits or vegetables and juicing them through a machine, or buying organic not from concentrate bottled juices and using that as an alternative to the preferred method of juicing.</p>
<p>This form of body detox or colon cleansing can sometimes be too much for certain people to take, and they may need to start out slower and build up to a juice fast or juice cleanse as it were. This alternative method is known as the green smoothie cleanse. A green smoothie cleanse is just as it sounds its mostly a mostly green fruit smoothie because you add greens to it, such as but not limited to, kale, collard greens, spinage, chard, and other dark leafy greens. Leafy greens are different form standard “vegetables” as they are considered to be a “green” or “leaf” and as such can be mixed with virtually any other kind of food. There are no set rules for what fruits and greens you have to use, and that’s one of the green smoothie benefits, you can mix and match what feels and tastes right for you. A green smoothie recipe I generally recommend is one that consists of mostly berries as the base fruit and kale and spinage as the leafy greens.  I advise using frozen fruit for a thicker consistency but fresh is always great too, blueberries, blackberries, aronia berries, and cranberries always make a great and healthy base, along with a banana or two for thickness and sweetness, you have a great fruit smoothie base to ad greens to.</p>
<p>The Reason this cleanse works so well is that you are getting the WHOLE food not just a fraction of it like juicing, and you also get lots of fiber often 10-20 grams or more per glass. This fiber does two things: one, like all fiber, this fiber within the smoothie helps keep you regular and allows your body to naturally do what a laxative does for you. Reason 2, the fiber slows down and evens out the absorption of sugar contained within the fruit, which unlike juice which has no fiber and can spike your blood sugar levels, which can be very dangerous for many. If you are going to try the green smoothie cleanse, and I hope you do, because they are great to do every day, I recommend getting a high powered blender so you can really get an even consistency and so you can also really break down the fibers and unlock the nutrients contained therein. A standard blender simply won’t cut it, and you will likely ruin the blender as a result, the two models or brands I recommend are the vitamix models or my personal favorite-the total blender from blendtec. The total blender is super easy to clean, is very durable, and had automatic smoothie settings so you don’t have to guess what works, it really gets the job down and I highly recommend it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With the advent of high powered blenders and a more health conscious society the idea of making smoothies at home instead of paying the very expensive prices for smoothie bar smoothies and juices has become quite popular. An even newer trend is the wonderful creation of what many call green smoothies, these little wonder elixirs allow for <span style="text-decoration: underline;">ALL</span> the beneficial ingredients that make up the fruit and leafy greens to be consumed whole and as a result, are one of the best sources of <a href="http://www.naturalfatburningfoods.com/">natural fat burning foods</a>. There is a debate within the health community whether a person should juice or blend and I’ve struggled with that question too when I started out. The answer I came to was both had their place and if you can do both regularly if not daily you’ll get the benefits from each wonderful source of vitamins and nutrients. <p>Fruits if juiced too much can be too much sugar for the body to take in one shot and can be very detrimental to one’s health if done regularly due to said sugar, but at the same time you want to mask the often times unpleasant taste of the low sugar veggie juice. In this case you want to make a smoothie instead, this allows for the full nutritional value of berries and other fruits to be consumed while also incorporating lots of leafy greens like <a href="http://growgrass.blogspot.com">wheatgrass </a>(which are not technically veggies) that can be mixed with anything (unlike actual veggies including starches like carrots or other types as well which have a tendency not to play nice when digested at the same time with fruits as a whole food albeit blended food). These are famously known as the green smoothies and there are many great recipes out there ill detail in another article. These taste amazing as well just for a healthy treat.</p>
<p>One of the greatest benefits of any smoothie but particularly green smoothies is due to the fiber content (very dense in leafy greens) which regulates all the sugar in the blended fruit that ends up missing in the juiced drinks. This fiber also helps in digestion and getting your regular does of 25-30 grams of fiber per day, which in turn can also help boost your overall fat burning capabilities by speeding up your metabolism.
