Green Smoothie Cleanse Tips

Smoothies can be a really tasty and nutritious means of getting all of your fiber and vitamins and nutrients as well. These days with all the different toxins and poisons that bombard our bodies either through the pollutants in our air and water or through the very food that we eat, our bodies are becoming much more toxic and bogged down by all these toxins and pollutants. My other recommendation would be the types of produce that you use; I generally advise using berries, in particular wild berries, as they are the most nutritionally dense, but using other fruits like melons and bananas are also really good for green smoothie cleanse drinks. One of the best green smoothie cleanse tips I could possibly give is to make sure that you use high quality greens in your green smoothie like kale or rainbow chard, and especially spinach. These greens are some of the most nutritionally beneficial you can have but always change things up to keep the type of nutrition that you get fresh.

One of the other really important green smoothie cleanse tips I can give is the fact that you need to have a high quality and high powered blender. This is because not only will these blenders last much longer but they also will blend your various ingredients into a much more pleasurable and beneficial consistency. If this consistency that allows for the smoothies to be not only very tasty but nutritionally beneficial because of how fine the fibers are broken down and allowed to release their nutrients. The two blenders’s that I tend to recommend the most are either the total blender by blendtec or the vita-mix blender. These two models are generally considered the best of the bunch; I personally tend to favor the total blender myself.

Different Cleanses

There are a lot of different cleanses out there for you to choose from and sometimes it can be really confusing and even daunting to decide which pathway to go down. Some of you may simply choose to go with colon cleansing products that are prepackaged and ready to be used for an affordable price. Some of you may choose to go with juicing, this is either because you are you own a juicer or because you feel that you don’t get enough of it into your system and that the nutrients you get from it would benefit your overall state of being. And yet some of you will choose to primarily drink smoothies for your particular colon cleansing routine, these are particularly effective because not only do they contain all the nutrients that you get within the juice  but you also get the fiber as well which helps to promote proper digestion.

Having said all that, I’ll describe briefly what the benefits are to each of these methods. Going with the prepackaged total cleanse product can be both a curse and a blessing simply based on a few simple factors. By far the most common factor would be the ease-of-use, you don’t have to think and you don’t have to buy anything else its all-in-one product. The other reason is the fact that you can read reviews and see which products are appropriate for you without having to do any guesswork, not to mention these products are often much more affordable than buying the sometimes very expensive organic produce that’s required for juicing or smoothies.

The benefit to juicing is the fact that it’s by far the most potent of three methods in terms of nutrient delivery. This is because it doesn’t contain any of the natural fiber, which for those of you who really need high doses of these nutrients due to deficiency or poor diet is incredibly beneficial because it goes straight into your bloodstream into your liver which is your alternate detoxifying organ. The only downside to this is that you have to have an expensive juicer and often plenty of time to do the juicing and prep work.

Last but not least we have making smoothies, these are fantastic for the reasons mentioned before like containing high levels of fiber to improve digestion as well as plenty of nutrient dense vitamins and mineral levels. They’re also extremely convenient because all you have to do is keep your produce frozen take it out put in a blender for couple minutes and you’re done, with the right blend or can be extremely fast with easy cleanup. The only downside to this is that you really need a high-end blender to really create the kind of smoothies that would benefit you and the splendors tend to run $300-$400. Not to mention you still have to buy all the expensive produce that is required to make these movies. The good thing is that all three methods to work and have to simply find which option works best for you.

Colon Flush

A colon flush is simply another means of helping you remove excess waste and built up gunk that can sometimes be trapped within your colon and digestive system. A natural colon flush is often done to help combat and deal with all of the build up that comes not only from poor dietary choices but from excess toxins and pollutants that tend to become trapped within the digestive system. These toxins don’t always have to come from diet though, these types of pesticides and chemicals can also be found within the air that we breathe, the water we drink, and the different types of materials and substances that we touch our day-to-day basis whether it’s in our home or at work. But for those who are willing to do it the natural way and have the means, money, or the time to do so than they have a lot of available options that they can choose from. The two most common methods for doing a colon flush cleanse are either through doing juicing or by drinking/consuming fruit smoothies or green smoothies that you make yourself.

The plus side of doing juice fasting or juicing in general is the fact that the nutrients get into your system very quickly and help support your body to perform at maximum function which in turn allows you to remove waste at a much more efficient rate. The benefit of consuming smoothies during a colon flush diet however is the fact that not only do you get all those nutrients but you also get the additional fiber which helps to promote bowel movements and proper digestion. It’s these bowel movements which essentially help remove, when done on a regular basis, excess waste in gunk that is trapped and built up within your colon. As always the best colon flush is the one your actually going to do and I advise using organic produce whether you’re juicing or making smoothies. Never forget that drinking pure filtered water should never be considered an option when doing any of these, it’s crucial that you drink plentiful amounts of water to help encourage waste removal and keep yourself hydrated.
