The Core Liver Cleanse

Keeping your liver in good shape through cleansing is truly the vital key to having the best overall health you can! This amazing organ has well over a few hundred various jobs to do in the human body! It is truly the front line of protection dealing with any toxins; the livers primary role is to make bad toxins into forms that can be safely and easily flushed from the body as waste. Also, all the nutrients taken in via the gastrointestinal tract goes into the bloodstream by means of your liver, so as you can see liver health is vital!

The liver releases crucial digestive secretions that help facilitate food digestion in addition to cleaning the blood as well. Toxins, pollution, pesticides, and contaminated soil and water are inhaled or taken in regular day to day activity. People’s exposure to these elements is also made worse by the use of steroid use, certain medications, any smoking, and the overconsumption of liquor, and processed foods. Many do not have access to adequate fresh drinking water either. With the support of the healthy liver, people naturally flush the metabolic waste substances and toxins made from the metabolic processes our bodies normally go through. Our livers also have a huge impact on our hormonal system, it helps to modulate and balance our bodily hormone activity levels to ensure proper neurological function. With the processed meals, and nutrient deficient goods people eat these days, plus the external pollution of the air we breathe and the water we drink, our liver has to work harder these days to cleanse our bodies maintain normal metabolic activity.

This where doing a simple core liver cleanse can really come in handy, and help  give your liver the opportunity to do cleanse the rest of the body, after all what good is a tool if it’s not working properly right? The good news is a core liver cleanse is devoid of any fancy ingredients or elaborate concoctions. While I advise looking at different cleansing products out there to see if any suit your needs, you can also do some simple liver cleanses at home too. What I advise is juicing a couple glasses of beet juice, celery juice, cucumber juice, and carrot juice and drinking it through the day. These all work synergistically to help remove excess water and waste plus they deliver vital nutrients that support the liver too, and give it the opportunity and fuel it needs to regenerate so it can work for you again the way it should. Drink plenty of pure filtered water too, i advise around 2-3 liters for women (depending on weight and size) and about 3-4 for men (same size rules apply).

I recommend not eating much solid food, and should you do so, keep it raw, and whole, no man made foods, do that along with regular juicing, then about 3-7 days into the core liver cleanse you should notice a huge difference in how you feel. You may feel a bit sick during this process but that’s totally normal because your body is finally eliminating all those nasty built up toxins, so keep it up and see it through your body will thank you.

Liver Cleansing with Beet Juice

A lot of people don’t realize that it is not the total cleanse routine or detox program that is used that does the vast majority of the cleaning but it is in fact the liver. Most folks do not know that a detox or cleanse of any type is really just a means of facilitating the body’s own capability to clean, repair and detox itself back into better health. We are still learning about the thousands, yes THOUSANDS, of different functions and cleansing jobs this wonder organ has to perform on a constant basis. Problems arise when people abuse their bodies to a point where the liver simply cannot regenerate itself anymore because it is simply too overloaded with toxins, fat, and poisons to help repair itself, this where a liver cleanse cleansing routine comes in. And one of the best methods of helping to support is to do liver cleansing with beet juice.

I’m not going to bog down people in this article with too much medical detail as to why this particular vegetable juice is so potent, but suffice it to say that fruits and vegetables that are red, especially dark crimson red, are generally very good at reducing blood pressure, increasing much needed heart specific minerals like iron, and they also help to often reduce bad cholesterol as well. Beets along with beet juice as well helps to facilitate more efficient waste removal as well, which helps to keep food and also toxins moving along to be sent out of the body, this can only serve to help the liver because the liver is what cleanses the BLOOD which passes through the heart to be pumped throughout the body, so this juice supports both organs at the same time.

The additional benefits that liver cleansing with beet juice provides are numerous and they include stimulating and helping the liver to remove excess bile’s and toxins as well as supporting the gallbladder which effectively turns it into a liver and gallbladder cleanse. Beet juice also supports the liver to fight off jaundice, food poisonings, hepatitis, and irregular bowel issues like diarrhea. A good basic beet juice cleanse, would be to keep food light and preferably “Raw” and wholesome. Make sure you drink a fresh glass of juiced beetroot juice once with breakfast, another time with your midday meal if possible and once with or right after your evening meal. Be sure to only juice cleaned and organic or locally grown beets, and do not forget to drink plenty of purified water as that is critical to cleanse the liver and make the beet juice work efficiently.
