I will not advise you to put two parts this or one part that, as servings, tastes, and personal preference really override that, so I’m going to advise on what types of veggies you juice, not how much you juice. One of the great recipes for total body cleanse results is the combination of blueberries, elderberries, aronia berries (or chokeberry as its otherwise known), and either blackberries, or raspberries, along with a whole banana for potassium and a thicker more consistent smoothie. If you really feel like stacking up on the fiber and nutrition, throw in some greens like spinach or kale to increase the nutritional boost and get you daily greens in as well through a tasty means instead of trying to chew it all like a farm animal. Be sure to always be local and organic when possible and experiment for what tastes and benefits you most.
