The benefit to juicing is the fact that it’s by far the most potent of three methods in terms of nutrient delivery. This is because it doesn’t contain any of the natural fiber, which for those of you who really need high doses of these nutrients due to deficiency or poor diet is incredibly beneficial because it goes straight into your bloodstream into your liver which is your alternate detoxifying organ. The only downside to this is that you have to have an expensive juicer and often plenty of time to do the juicing and prep work.

Last but not least we have making smoothies, these are fantastic for the reasons mentioned before like containing high levels of fiber to improve digestion as well as plenty of nutrient dense vitamins and mineral levels. They’re also extremely convenient because all you have to do is keep your produce frozen take it out put in a blender for couple minutes and you’re done, with the right blend or can be extremely fast with easy cleanup.
